Politique d'expédition
1. Place of delivery
The Products are delivered exclusively within the territory of Metropolitan France.
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process, and also indicated in the order confirmation e-mail. In the event of an error in the Customer's contact details (in particular surname, first name, street number and name, postal code, telephone number or e-mail address etc. ....), the Seller shall not be held responsible for the impossibility or delay of delivery.
2. Shipping
The delivery time is taken into account as from the handing-over of the parcel containing the products to the carrier.
In accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, any order placed from Monday to Friday on the site will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours from receipt of payment (working days only, excluding holidays and for any order placed on Friday before 11am).
The Customer is informed that for any order placed outside of the above-mentioned hours, the starting point of the delivery time is postponed to the first hour of the first following day that is included in these hours.
Subject to the foregoing and for information purposes only, it is specified that the shipping time generally observed is 24 hours from receipt of payment.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the products within 6 to 8 working days after receipt of the order and validation of payment.
Without prejudice to Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the Seller may be exempted from all or part of its responsibility by proving that the non-performance is attributable to an insurmountable fact, to a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery of the Products ordered.
3. Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
Any claim of error of delivery must be formulated by the Customer to the Salesman as soon as it is noticed and without being able to exceed a reasonable time. Delivery is made by notice of availability, by mail or by an independent carrier.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the conformity and condition of the product upon receipt.
In the event of deterioration or partial loss of the product, the Customer must imperatively formulate reserves on the delivery slip, a copy of which is sent to the Vendor, and, within three days following receipt, notify the Vendor of these reserves by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity within the limits provided for in Articles L. 211-4 to L.211-14 of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee of hidden defects within the limits provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

The shipping rates always include the insurance of the parcel against loss or damage to the Product(s) transported, excluding immaterial damages, consequential damages due to delay and indirect damages (deprivation of enjoyment...).
4. Deadlines
The delivery time starts from the date of the effective collection of the payment. The maximum delivery time is 8 working days. If the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may request a refund of his order by registered mail or e-mail. The refund will be made within 30 days after acceptance by the Seller of the Customer's request.
In the event that the Customer is absent at the time of delivery and does not collect the Product(s) within the time limit set by the carrier, the Product(s) shall be returned to the Vendor, who shall refund the price to the Customer, after deduction of shipping costs, including return shipping costs, and packaging costs, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 9, unless the Customer wishes to have the order reshipped at his own expense.
