Politique de remboursement

The Customer may return the article(s) to the address SPPC, 130 Rue de Courcelles, Paris, 75017.

The refund will be made within 14 days following the date on which SPPC has been informed by the Customer of his decision to withdraw. In any case, this refund cannot be made before SPPC recovers the article(s) that the Customer has retracted or provides proof of the return of the article(s).

The refund will be made according to the means of payment of the returned order.

Refund shall not be made if the article(s) concerned has suffered depreciation as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish its nature or conformity.
